Athena Solutions Law Office was established in 2012 to conduct business in providing legal services, lawyers, drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documents, Notary Public, providing advice on company establishment, trade and tax privileges, requesting BOI investment promotion, and providing advice on customs law, transportation, and international trade. The services are divided into 6 main service categories as follows:
Legal Advisory
Offering services to individual and corporate clients in three languages: Thai, English, and Chinese
Professional Lawyers
Litigation service to various cases, such as civil, commercial, criminal, logistic, labor, and estate cases.
Notary Public Services
Authenticating document and validating signatories in any legal act both in Thailand and Overseas, including official paper, such as DBD, DFT, and Customs.
Providing advice on setting up companies and legal entities
Provide advice on company establishment, legal entity, business registration, VAT, social security, and various license applications.
Contract and Legal Document
Drafting and reviewing business contracts, such as rental contracts, and partnership agreements. Preparing any other legal document.
Provide BOI consulting
Provides BOI consulting, such as project approval applications, implementation and problem solving in using privileges from BOI, IEAT, Customs Department and other agencies.
